All new tenants are supplied with a login and password providing access to the contents of the Tenants’ Portal. If you still haven’t received yours or you have forgotten your password, please contact the management of your shopping centre or use the Contact Us menu.

Whenever you access portal.marshopping.com you will have to insert your login and password in the fields indicated.

You can find all the essential manuals to the store’s daily operation, make requests to the Management, securely and efficiently report data, access internal communications, etc. Take this opportunity and have a look around the portal.

Yes. You can send a memo via the portal requesting one account to manage all the stores with the same taxpayer number.

Use the “Contact Us” service if in doubt. The Management will do everything possible to route your memo through to the correct person.

The Management will reply to all memos of an operational nature received on or before the Shopping Centre Administration Closing Hour, from Monday to Friday. Memos input during the weekend and/or public holiday will be answered on the subsequent working day.
