Portal's objectives
The Tenants’ portal www.services.iicg.eu is the main channel of communication between the shopping centre’s management and all its tenants.
Its main objective is to serve as an instrument facilitating communication between tenants and the shopping centre management, eliminating the use of paper.
This portal can be used by all tenants of a store in an Ingka Centres shopping centre. Through this portal, tenants can look up any information on the operation of the Centre and submit memos / requests and reports to the centre’s management.
We have sought to create a user-friendly work tool that will provide all information in an integrated manner, thus contributing to a more efficient performance by all.
The portal can be accessed from anywhere in the world with internet access.
This tool, in addition to being environmentally friendly, provides a number of benefits, including:
Manage all stores from your head office;
Digital archive of all communications;
All parties clearly identified (only those with access data can enter);
Requests for authorisation channelled to the person responsible for approval;
Access to centralised data available 24 hours a day;
